Geographic Recruitment and Retention

• $200 - $350 per month depending on the county of headquartered and residing

Longevity Pay

• 2% - 9% after 17 years of service

Education Pay

Intermediate POST Certificate or equivalent, or Associate of Arts or Science – 2.5% of the employee’s base pay or no less than $120. Advanced POST Certificate or equivalent, or Bachelor of Arts or Science – 5% of the employee’s base pay or no less than $240.
